5.0 out of 5 stars Miracle for thrush due to chemotherapy

Flavor Name: Exposed, Honey Verified Purchase

I am writing this review in hope that it will help spread the word about how Exposed helped my husband who has lymphoma. Due to the chemotherapy, my husband developed a horrible case of thrush. It was so bad that he could not eat or drink. Even room tempature water was very painful for him to swallow. We saw Exposed on the shelf at the market and my husband grabbed a bottle. He figured that aloe helped with sun burn so it might help with the burn of the thrush. He took one sip and the quickly drank half the bottle. He said it was a miracle. It was so soothing he was almost in tears. My husband is currently in the hospital getting a stem cell transplant which involves 6 days of intense chemotherapy. The thrush returned. I bought him a case of Exposed. It is the only thing he can eat or drink. I do not have any ties to the company that produces Exposed. I had never even heard of it until my husband found it three months ago in the market. I don't know if other aloe drinks would have the same effect as my husband has not tried another brand. I am so grateful for this product that relieved my husband of so much pain.

5.0 out of 5 stars amazing!!

Flavor Name: Awaken, Wheatgrass Verified Purchase
great taste and it seems to calm my ulceritive colitis down- it did give me a boost of energy- the only thing stopping me from buying again soon is the price

5.0 out of 5 stars Can't get enough of this!!

Flavor Name: Exposed, Honey Verified Purchase
I LOVE this stuff!! I order at least 100 bottles a month since me and my roommate go through it like water. Several reasons - it's good for you and only 60 calories and taste YUMMY!!!! It really hydrates the body quickly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best aloe drink I have found

Flavor Name: Exposed, Honey Verified Purchase
I have tried several aloe drinks and always found the taste to be terrible. For some reason I decided to try one more drink and it was Alo. Alo is the best aloe drink I have ever tasted. I drink Alo Exposed, it is my favorite so far. It is absolutely wonderful. Beware there is pulp, I love it, but if you're not a pulp fan than this isn't for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hands down best aloe vera juice found

Flavor Name: Allure, Mangosteen and Mango
I've tasted the entire line of Alo and to be sure this is my household's favorite one. I also like their regular straightforward flavor. This one reminds me of the lychee I grew up eating with Asian kids in my college days. This has larger pieces of pulp than I have found in other brands which remind me of softer versions of lychee pieces that are often found in Asian jellies.

I was most dissapointed with trying the wheatgrass version. It's far too sweet if you are a wheatgrass lover like me, but this version with mango and mangosteen is perfectly sweet. Albeit a little on the sweeter side of the line, but not overly so, it's how mango should be.

The thing I love that they add? You can scan the symbol thingie and upload from your phone a matched mp3 tune for extra experience and ambiance while drinking your aloe vera juice. Yes, gimmicky, but still cute and has a nice mellow instrumental. And more music is available by it's UPC online.

While Amazon sellers are not producing the best price in my area (it goes on sale for $1.25/bottle here in Wine Country California) I do understand that the deals here on Amazon are probably the best for most people. Not all of us live in tropical states or high demanding nutritional areas like I do. While not in the tropical areas myself now, I did grow up in tropical settings and states, so I understand good taste on this level for such a product.

My only warning about this flavor is that it may be too sweet for some. Though my fiance who does not normally like any dessert does love this flavor out of the whole line. And I have to say it's won me over too, from that very first bottle.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love this product!

Flavor Name: Enrich, Pomegranate and Cranberry Verified Purchase
I have had stomach issues for as long as I can remember. My daughter saw a report on Dr. Oz that aloe/pomegranate juice is a good natural treatment. So, I decided to try it. I originally bought it at my local grocery store and, when I found success, I tried Amazon and was so happy to find that they have it also! The flavor is great and the aloe pulp is very easy to overcome. No matter what your reason for buying this, you won't be disappointed!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Pulp Taste & Texture - Ingredient Lists For 4 ALO Drinks!

Flavor Name: Comfort, Watermelon & Peach Verified Purchase
I've tried 4 flavors of ALO:

Comfort Watermelon & Peach
Alo Comfort Aloe Vera Juice, Watermelon Plus Peach, 16.9 Ounce (Pack of 12)

Appeal Pomolo Lemon and Pink Grapefruit
ALO Appeal - 16.9 fl oz. (500mL) 12-count

Exposed Aloe Vera With Honey
ALO Exposed Aloe Vera with Honey, 16.9-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 12)

Enrich Pomegranate & Cranberry
ALO Enrich Aloe Vera and Pomegranate and Cranberry, 16.9-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 12)

I thought these were nice drinks, not out-of-this world, but satisfying. However, they're 5-star for me because of the pulp. The texture of the aloe vera pulp is the best! It is not stringy like orange juice pulp. With ALO, the pulp has a great texture, sort of like biting a bit of jello with a tiny bit of crunch. VERY satisfying. Also, they are different, and it's nice to have some around as an intriguing drink choice for friends and family.

But the drinks, though good, are otherwise are average in taste. I don't think Alo drinks are as thirst-quenching as some other beverages. They do taste better when they're cold, but they do not need to be refrigerated until opened. I'm glad to see that ALO uses real sugar (cane sugar) instead of aspartame. Notice that different Alo drinks have different percentages of juice in their makeup.

The Enrich with pomegranate & cranberry is my favorite of the three. It is light with a slight berry taste and pinkish color.

My daughter really likes the Comfort Watermelon & Peach. It has a mild watermelon taste. She lives in Davis, California, where it is HOT half of the year, and she finds ALO cool and refreshing.

As one of the three fruits in Appeal is pink grapefruit, I was hoping Appeal would have an astringent grapefruit taste. Unfortunately, Appeal's citrus flavor is very general and has no tartness. It is nice and light, but not distinctive.

The Exposed with Honey had a slight, though not unpleasant, aftertaste (perhaps because of the honey, like a lingering taste of food on the tongue).

I'm ordering more of the Enrich, Comfort and Appeal. As I said, they are great for introducing people to a new drink choice.
